MatrixArts KidsLit celebrates the written, performed, and published word through interactive, multisensory experiences for kids and their families. We're located in Sacramento, California and will hold hands-on projects throughout Northern California. However, this site will include the writings and art of our participants and those of you anywhere in the world that would like to participate.
We plan on a full year of workshops, talks, forums, panel discussions, live performances, author readings, open Mic nights, writing contests, and other totally hands-on visual, performing, media, and literary arts experiences in 2011. The program will culminate in an art exhibit, performance, and interactive web site in October of 2011. Whether or not we continue depends on you.
If you want us to continue we'll ask for some support -- either some money, time, or articles/resources only you can provide.
